Our fryers use advanced heating technology to maintain consistent oil temperature and reduce energy use. This is done through using an oil-to-oil heating system where we use a special thermal oil that is circulated through the heating system.  That oil is then pumped through a small oil-to-oil heat exchanger to heat your cooking oil evenly and gently.  This process greatly reduces the oil volume in your frying system, which reduces your turnover time. This method of heating also eliminates areas inside the heater where your cooking oil is exposed to extreme temperatures that damage and degrade the quality of the oil.

Designed with food safety and hygiene in mind, our equipment is easy to clean and maintain, minimizing downtime and contamination risks.
