At ASA we are working on developing a new oven for the baking of tortillas and tortilla chips. Our focus is making an oven the is rugged, reliable, and equipped the needed flexibility to produce high-quality products to meet our clients’ exact specifications. We anticipate releasing this new design in early 2026.
We also support our clients existing ovens and combustion equipment by designing upgrades and improvements to older outdated designs. This can be anything from replacement burners and/or parts of the system all the way to complete combustion system replacement. We also have the resources and team to do complete controls upgrades for existing equipment and systems.
